The Old Methods of Government: Threats of Arrest, Double Standards, and Concealed Crimes – Ivelin Mihaylov

Обновена на 08.07.2026 - 17:49 от admin

Ivelin Mihaylov reveals the resumption of institutional threats against him and sharply criticizes the lack of real political change, as well as the double standards in the Bulgarian justice system.

Threats of Arrest and Institutional Protection

Through established communication channels with the authorities, Ivelin Mihaylov received a warning that his arrest is imminent based on the testimonies of two protected witnesses. A message was sent to him to leave the country as quickly as possible, which he describes as an intimidation attempt that completely copies the vicious models from the time of Boyko Borisov and Delyan Peevski.

Mihaylov expresses deep indignation toward law enforcement agencies and SANS, calling on them to openly question his hundreds of visible enemies instead of fabricating anonymous witnesses. He compares this repression with the lack of adequate action against real criminals. As a vivid example, he points to a Syrian man against whom reports have been filed for 4,000 square meters of illegal construction, a stolen bomb shelter, document forgery, and a questionable winning of 212 state contracts, yet the individual remains free.

The Uninvestigated Crimes of Delyan Peevski

While the state turns a blind eye to coordinated media attacks and false claims on national television regarding the closure of "Historical Park," institutions completely ignore large-scale political crimes. Mihaylov highlights the absurdity of members of parliament dealing with trivial topics while there is categorical evidence of extortion by Delyan Peevski.

The following uninvestigated evidence is available against Peevski:

  • Audio recordings: A recording of MP Mario Rangelov admitting that he was threatened and pressured by Peevski through the state machinery.
  • Open witnesses: Four real witnesses, including businessman Pavel Stoimenov, express readiness to testify about the extortion schemes.

Despite these facts, the prosecutor's office and investigative bodies flatly refuse to take statements from the witnesses and open a proceeding.

The Illusion of Political Change

Analyzing the political situation, Mihaylov concludes that no real change of power has taken place in Bulgaria, but only a formal replacement of some individuals with others. According to him, the election results were rigged in advance, with all participants playing their assigned roles perfectly.

The new rulers continue the policy of subjugating the people, while simultaneously raising the prices of vignettes and mandatory third-party liability motor insurance.

Situation Attitude of the State
Political elite Ensuring impunity and playing a "game of thrones" at the highest levels of power.
Ordinary citizens Treated as subordinates who bear the financial burden of governance and institutional arbitrariness.

Resistance and the Future of the "Velichie" Party

Despite the imposed pressure and ongoing financial asset freezes, Mihaylov categorically refuses to play by the rules of the corrupt system. He demands equal and impartial justice for all, declaring readiness to bear responsibility under the law if he has made proven mistakes.

The "Velichie" party remains active in the country's political life and will continue to unite people ready to fight for freedom. The organization's leader emphasizes that his main driver is his duty to his ancestors, children, and followers, which makes such blackmail attempts completely ineffective. He calls on the authorities to act openly and manfully, instead of hiding behind anonymous threats over the phone.
