In this interview, Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов) speaks with Ivor Cummins (Айвър Къминс) about the creation of the “Historical Park” (Исторически парк) and the political party “Velichie” (Величие) as tools of resistance against the corrupt political class and globalist interests in Bulgaria (България). He shares the strategy through which the movement has managed to mobilize civil society, create its own media channels, and achieve success in local and national elections despite mafia pressure and media blackout.
Here is a brief overview of the topics discussed:
Resistance Against Globalism in Bulgaria
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов) presents to Ivor Cummins (Айвър Къминс) the actions of his movement against the political mafia and globalist interests. He describes Bulgaria (България) as a frontline for preserving national sovereignty. The conversation reveals the methods through which ordinary citizens achieve success against a corrupt system.
The Creation of the “Historical Park”
The team built the “Historical Park” (Исторически парк) as a private project for the restoration of Bulgarian history and culture. Investors from all over the world financed the initiative through crowdfunding. The park attracts tourists and revives the economy in the impoverished area around the village of Neofit Rilski (Неофит Рилски). This success provoked a reaction from the establishment.
The Battle Against Wind Turbines
The conflict escalated when the company CWP Global (CWP Global) attempted to install 80 wind turbines in close proximity to the park. This action threatened the livelihoods of local people and the area’s tourism potential. Radoslav (Радослав) and his supporters organized resistance and went door to door to explain the problem. The Municipal Council (Общински съвет) rejected the project after massive public pressure.
The Political Rise of the “Velichie” Party
The group realized the need for political representation and created the “Velichie” party (партия „Величие“). They won a majority in the local parliament of the municipality of Vetrino (община Ветрино). The movement also took part in national elections despite media blackout and pressure from state institutions. The leader, Ivelin Mihaylov (Ивелин Михайлов), refused a €100 million bribe and chose to remain loyal to the voters.
Exposing Electoral Manipulation
Radoslav (Радослав) speaks about widespread vote rigging and vote buying by the ruling parties. Volunteers from the movement uncovered falsified protocols and invalid ballots. The Constitutional Court (Конституционен съд) confirmed part of the violations following their complaints. Radoslav (Радослав) invites international observers and vloggers to visit Bulgaria (България) and report on the reality during elections.

Below is the revised transcript of the conversation, structured and edited according to your requirements for written speech:
Introduction and “The Rule of the Pigs”
Ivor Cummins (Айвър Къминс): In Bulgaria (България), protests took place involving hundreds of thousands of people. Through national media, we managed to popularize the term “The Rule of the Pigs.” You are familiar with the book “Animal Farm” (Фермата на животните) by George Orwell (Джордж Оруел). Today I have the pleasure of presenting an interview with Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов), whom you can call Rado (Радо). He and his colleagues are doing incredible things in Bulgaria (България) to oppose the network and the deep state. This is a message of hope for all of us.
Life in the United States and Returning to Bulgaria
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): I was born in 1993 and I am 32 years old. As a child, I lived in the United States (САЩ) because my parents moved there in the 1990s. These were extremely difficult times in Bulgaria (България) during the transition from socialism. The Eastern Bloc (Източният блок) collapsed in 1989, but the desired democracy brought crime, disorder, and a lack of standards. The government practically did not exist.
My family returned to Bulgaria (България) in 2001. Imagine the shock of returning from California (Калифорния) to a country where the privatization process was still ongoing. Oligarchs were plundering state assets, and there were very few business opportunities for ordinary people.
Ivor Cummins (Айвър Къминс): Bulgaria (България) often remains off the radar of Western media, unlike Hungary (Унгария), for example.
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): Exactly. Many people associate Bulgaria (България) with the mafia or simply know nothing about it. While I was a student, I discovered work-and-travel programs in the United States (САЩ). I spent my summers there to pay for my education. This allowed me to be independent. I worked in direct door-to-door book sales. This job taught me how to communicate with all kinds of people—from immigrants living in trailers to billionaires in their mansions.
The “Historical Park” Project
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): In 2017, I joined a project that had nothing to do with politics. It is called the “Historical Park” (Исторически парк) and is the largest thematic park in the Balkans (Балканите) dedicated to history and archaeology. It is located in the village of Neofit Rilski (Неофит Рилски), near Varna (Варна).
Our goal was to gather all of history in one place. Bulgaria (България) has over 20,000 active archaeological sites. We are the homeland of Spartacus (Спартак) and the Thracians (траки). We wanted to create a place where tourists could experience history—archery, horseback riding, reconstructed palaces from different eras. We built the park through crowdfunding, with shareholders from all over the world. This revitalized the economy of the entire region. Property prices increased twentyfold.
The Battle with Wind Turbines
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): In 2022, we learned that a wind turbine company called CWP Global (CWP Global) planned to install 80 turbines around the “Historical Park” (Исторически парк). This was a €1.2 billion project. These turbines would have destroyed tourism and devalued property in the area.
We said “no.” We organized resistance. The media attacked us, claiming that we were stopping a “green project.” We received threats from the local mafia. They threatened farmers and guesthouse owners. They told the park’s executive director, Ivelin Mihaylov (Ивелин Михайлов), that either there would be turbines or there would be blood.
We decided to fight. We went door to door and collected signatures. Eighty percent of the people were against it. We forced the Municipal Council (Общински съвет) to vote against the turbines.
The Creation of the “Velichie” Party and Political Pressure
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): We realized that without political representation we could not protect the area in the long term. In October 2023, we created the “Velichie” party (партия „Величие“) at the local level and won a majority in the municipality. This stopped the plans for the turbines.
The authorities, however, went into a rage. They began blocking the bank accounts of the park and its executive director. They sent tax inspections to everyone who did business with us. They isolated us economically. We realized that the only way to survive was to enter national politics and expose their crimes from the parliamentary podium.
In the national elections in June 2024, we did the unthinkable. Without access to national media, using only face-to-face meetings and social networks, we won 13 seats in parliament.
Betrayal and Election Manipulation
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): Shortly after entering parliament, some of our MPs betrayed us. Parliament collapsed and new elections were scheduled for October 2024.
The day before the elections, Ivelin Mihaylov (Ивелин Михайлов) received a bribe offer. He was offered €100 million and control over the entire city of Varna (Варна) if he agreed to vote with the ruling parties. They told him directly: “If you refuse, the party will remain with 3.999% of the vote and will not enter parliament.”
Ivelin (Ивелин) refused. He chose not to betray the people. The next day, the results came out—exactly 3.999%. This was complete fraud. We have video recordings of how protocols are altered and votes are stolen.
The “Party Mafia” Scheme
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): We exposed how the system in Bulgaria (България) works. We call it the “Party Mafia.” All parties in parliament are putting on a show.
At the top stands Boyko Borisov (Бойко Борисов). He is the leader of the mafia but always presents himself as a victim. Next to him is Delyan Peevski (Делян Пеевски), who is used as a “scarecrow” because he is sanctioned under the Magnitsky Act (закона „Магнитски“). All other parties, including the so-called opposition, are dependent on them. They vote together when it matters and receive money and positions.
When we appealed the elections before the Constitutional Court (Конституционен съд), they acknowledged partial manipulation, but the system continued to function. They even voted in an illegal government to push through the adoption of the euro, despite the fact that Bulgaria (България) is not economically ready.
Future Actions and International Support
Radoslav Ivanov (Радослав Иванов): We organized protests, including a convoy to Brussels (Брюксел), to show Europe (Европа) what is happening. Unfortunately, European institutions (европейските институции) often turn a blind eye.
Despite repression and the arrests of our activists, we continue the fight. We are now the only real opposition. People are beginning to wake up. The younger generation sees the truth and reacts on social media. The government fell again, and new elections are approaching.
We are inviting observers from abroad for the next elections in the spring. We want the world to see how votes are bought in ghettos and how the mafia controls the process. If we are united and use transparency, we can win.
Ivor Cummins (Айвър Къминс): This is an inspiring story of how to build a parallel system and achieve success against globalist structures. Thank you, Rado (Радо). We will follow developments closely.
