Mihail Dinev warns of an institutional crackdown and the destruction of a hotel business in Nessebar through water shutoffs and political pressure linked to “DPS – New Beginning”

Обновена на 05.02.2026 - 11:33 от admin

Mihail Dinev (Михаил Динев), speaking from the scene, shows how the business of Hotel “Marieta Palace” (хотел „Мариета Палас“) in Nessebar (Несебър) is being destroyed and “privatized” through the forced shutdown of the water supply, ordered by the head of the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control (РДНСК) and under political pressure from individuals linked to “DPS – New Beginning” („ДПС – Ново начало“).

The truth about what is happening at Hotel “Marieta Palace”

Hello everyone. We are standing in front of Hotel “Marieta Palace” to cover the situation ourselves and to show you the truth and nothing but the truth. Why do I say this? Because today certain things happened at the hotel. The business itself is already almost destroyed. We want to call the truth as it was presented to us and as we ourselves read it, because many of the media outlets covering the case show only superficial aspects and are worried and afraid to call things by their real names.

Chronology of the repression and the water shutdown

What happened today? Today is December 4. We had an inspection here related to the fact that the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control wanted to close the hotel. One of the reasons was a construction site—a spa center being built inside. On the other hand, around that time, I believe on December 17, a party was being founded that was labeled as being associated with the president. It ultimately failed to register later, but at the time they wanted to close the hotel so there would be no reservations. They did not succeed then. Once again, the media noise that was created prevented the hotel from being closed.

But two months later the hotel is already closed. Just turn the camera to show—this is today’s excavation. The water utility company came and shut off the water. Let us return to what happened today. By order of the head of the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control, not only the hotel but all related businesses—restaurant, cocktail bar, bowling alley, gym, café (we learned that half of Nessebar comes to train in this gym)—everything is closed; there is no water. We will go inside shortly to show you.

How businesses are destroyed and the double standards of the director of the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control

We want to show you how businesses are privatized, how businesses are destroyed, and how “the snake bites hardest when it is dying.” What do I mean? We will begin with the director of the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control. And why do we say that on the one hand there is a personal vendetta here? On the other hand, this person is a pawn in the hands of someone (we will tell you whose shortly).
