Meeting of the “Velichie” Party in Munich: Strategies for Political Change and Civic Oversight of the Electoral Process

Обновена на 10.03.2026 - 00:51 от admin

Ivelin Mihaylov, Stilyana Bobcheva and Dr. Lyubisha Blazhevski are speaking with the Bulgarian community in Munich about the captured state, electoral manipulation, and the nation’s economic revival.

Cultural Identity and the Preservation of Traditions

The meeting in Munich begins with musical performances by the Bulgarian Rose Choir and dance ensembles. Georgi Stoyanov presents the Horolyubnik initiative. It is a digital video archive containing all studied Bulgarian folk dances. The author believes that folklore unites Bulgarians abroad and preserves the national spirit. The participants emphasize the importance of the community, which maintains traditions and helps one another in difficult moments. Ivelin Mihaylov notes that economic development provides the necessary conditions for the prosperity of culture.

The Political Mission Against Injustice

Ivelin Mihaylov explains his personal motivation for entering political life. He comes from an ordinary family and does not belong to either the old or the new political elites. The author states that he does not accept systemic injustice and administrative pressure on citizens. He describes politics as responsible service to society. Mihaylov criticizes the major national television channels for the deliberate information blackout directed at his political formation. He insists on direct communication with people in order to reveal the truth about the state of the country.

Economic Vision and a New National Elite

The author proposes a comprehensive change to Bulgaria’s economic structure. He believes that the current system serves the interests of a limited social stratum. Mihaylov insists on the formation of a new elite based on personal qualities, morality, and professional skills. He rejects the idea of hereditary privileges in governance. According to him, justice must be the guiding principle that allows capable people to develop. The author shares his experience in insurance and personnel training as a model for reorganizing state processes.

Problems in Healthcare and the Social Sector

Dr. Lyubisha Blazhevski presents a critical analysis of Bulgarian healthcare. He points to the acute shortage of nurses, midwives, and doctors in state hospitals. Blazhevski claims that the political leadership is deliberately shutting down regional medical institutions in favor of private interests. He insists on immediate reforms and decent pay for medical professionals. Mihaylov adds that the institutions are neglecting environmental problems and pollution. He gives examples of illegal landfills and the poor condition of infrastructure despite the large expenditures from the budget.

The Historical Park Project and Administrative Harassment

Mihaylov comments on the situation surrounding Historical Park and the village of Neofit Rilski (Неофит Рилски). He describes the project as a model for a new Bulgaria with high-quality construction and a strong community. The author states that the mafia and state structures are exerting constant pressure on the complex. He compares the current situation to a wartime condition. Mihaylov advises people not to buy shares at the moment because of the high risk of political repression. He recounts the case of Bay Riban’s herd, which the authorities want to destroy under the pretext of fake infections. The author refuses any secret deals with intermediaries of those in power.

The Under Watch Platform and Control Over Elections

The team presents the specialized website Under Watch for monitoring the electoral process. This resource contains the names and profiles of all members of sectional election commissions. Volunteers have analyzed video recordings and protocols from the elections in October 2024. Mihaylov reports uncovered cases of vote buying in Pazardzhik (Пазарджик) in favor of the Greatness party (МЕЧ). The platform allows citizens to monitor violations and identify the persons who tamper with the vote. The author calls for mass participation in the commissions in order to guarantee the fairness of the upcoming elections.

Legislative Initiatives Against Usury

Stilyana Bobcheva presents a draft law regulating the activities of non-bank financial institutions. She emphasizes that these firms often rob citizens through fictitious loans and unlawful seizures. The draft law provides for the creation of a central register with unique codes for each contract. Borrowers will verify transactions through an electronic signature or PIN code. This measure will prevent abuse of property and protect people from usurious schemes. Bobcheva explains that the opposition must monitor the implementation of laws even when it does not have a majority.

Civic Mobilization and Digital Resistance

The Velichie party (Величие) insists on the active involvement of Bulgarians in the official Viber channels. The author sets a goal of attracting 100,000 participants to the digital group. Every supporter must invite new people in order to overcome the media isolation. Stilyana Bobcheva calls on Bulgarians in Germany to submit applications to vote by March 24. This activity is necessary in order to open a sufficient number of polling stations abroad. Mihaylov believes that an organized minority can change the direction of development of society as a whole.

A Vision for the Balkans and International Relations

Mihaylov sees Bulgaria as a potential oasis and economic center of the Balkans. He speaks out against the artificial division of people along ethnic and national lines. The author emphasizes that Bulgaria must first solve its internal problems before claiming leadership in the region. He proposes cooperation with knowledgeable and capable people from all neighboring countries. Mihaylov believes that economic success will draw Bulgarians back to their homeland. He insists on building a state that guarantees security and a future for the next generations.
