The draft law provides for the creation of a central register with unique codes for each contract. Borrowers will verify transactions through an electronic signature or PIN code. Bobcheva explains that the opposition must monitor the implementation of laws even when it does not have a majority.
Civic Mobilization and Digital Resistance
