Kiro Breyka: Revelations about the “Rastashki Organized Crime Group” and Private Bailiffs – Property Schemes in Sozopol, Account Seizures, and Political Repression against “Velichie”

Обновена на 19.02.2026 - 22:26 от admin

Financial Repression and Freezing of Accounts

Kiro Breyka (Киро Брейка) states categorically that he does not owe money to the state, to private individuals, or to attorney Rastashki (Расташки). Despite this, institutions have frozen his accounts amounting to approximately 120,000 leva. He deposited the full financial guarantee more than a month ago in order to clear his name and continue working normally. The state bailiff Aneta Yonkova (Анета Йонкова) lifted the seizure in a timely manner after confirming that the guarantee had been paid. However, the Private Enforcement Agents (ЧСИ, частни съдебни изпълнители) refuse to release the funds and continue the administrative pressure. Breyka accuses attorney Rastashki of orchestrating this repression and claims that he is organizing the attacks, including threats of accusations of money laundering through donation accounts.

Links Between Lawyers and Private Enforcement Agents in an Organized Group

The author reveals specific connections between Rastashki (Расташки) and Private Enforcement Agents (ЧСИ), describing them as an organized crime group (OCG – ОПГ, организирана престъпна група). He names Stefan Petrov (Стефан Петров) from Sofia (София) (with activity also in Vratsa (Враца)) and Rumen Dimitrov (Румен Димитров) from Lovech (Ловеч) (a former lawyer from Troyan (Троян)). Rastashki publicly claims that he introduces legislation against abuses by Private Enforcement Agents (ЧСИ), but in reality works in full coordination with them. The Private Enforcement Agents allegedly provide insider information about people’s debts and properties listed for public auction. Lawyers then use this information to acquire attractive properties at reduced prices. Kiro Breyka (Киро Брейка) calls on victims to submit mass complaints against Rastashki to the Sofia Bar Association (Софийска адвокатска колегия).

Real Estate Fraud Scheme and Money Laundering

The video describes a scheme for acquiring properties with the participation of notary Berg (нотариус Берг). The example includes a complex in Sozopol (Созопол), documented as purchased for around 60,000 leva. The real market value of the property exceeds one million. The group around Rastashki (Расташки) allegedly plans to carry out cosmetic renovations and sell the complex for 6–7 million euros. Participants would pay 10% tax on the profit and thereby legalize millions of leva. Breyka (Брейка) describes this as a classic money-laundering scheme, while institutions investigate his charitable initiatives.

Phishing Attacks and the Luxurious Lifestyle of Private Enforcement Agents

Kiro Breyka (Киро Брейка) presents a report by Nova Television (Нова телевизия) about a large-scale phishing attack that used the name of Private Enforcement Agent Stefan Petrov (Стефан Петров). Thousands of Bulgarians received fake messages about unpaid obligations to the National Revenue Agency (НАП, Национална агенция за приходите), containing an attached file with a virus. Stefan Petrov (Стефан Петров) denies involvement and claims he is the victim of a malicious attack. Breyka (Брейка) suggests that this could have been carried out by someone financially ruined by the enforcement agent and seeking revenge. The video cites information from a website claiming that Stefan Petrov owns a Bentley worth half a million leva, properties abroad, and cryptocurrency, while debtors lose their homes.

Political Attacks and Defense of “Velichie”

Kiro Breyka (Киро Брейка) sharply criticizes the MECh party (МЕЧ) and its representatives Radostin Vasilev (Радостин Василев) and Rastashki (Расташки). He calls them “fraudsters” and claims they care only about personal gain rather than the people. According to him, MECh MPs do not visit citizens locally and do not solve their problems. Only Ivelin Mihaylov (Ивелин Михайлов) and the “Velichie” party (Величие) are said to work actively on the ground and meet with citizens. The system is allegedly attacking “Velichie” because the party disrupts established corruption schemes. Breyka (Брейка) predicts that the situation in the country will worsen further if “Velichie” does not enter parliament and break the status quo. He also accuses President Radev (президент Радев) of appointing “plasmodes” in the caretaker cabinet who serve old interests.
