At a meeting of the “Velichie” party in Popovo, Kiro Breika (Kiril Kirilov) was also present and spoke to the audience about the brutal methods of institutional pressure and corruption that are paralyzing Bulgarian society.
Kiro Breika describes private enforcement agents (Частни съдебни изпълнители – ЧСИ) as brazen opportunists and racketeers who have the power to destroy the life of any citizen. These individuals grow rich at the expense of the people, while the law provides no punishment for their criminal actions. Kiro Breika shares his personal experience with private enforcement agent Rumen Dimitrov from Lovech. This official refuses to lift the freezes on Kiril Kirilov’s bank accounts despite the full repayment of all debts and fees. Kiro Breika describes this behavior with the phrase “the king gives, the guard does not,” referring to the enforcers’ unwillingness to follow the law. Such actions block people’s access to funds for business, medicine, and physical survival.
Financial Liquidation Through the Law on Securing Future Claims
The law on securing future claims represents a powerful tool for crushing independent individuals, according to Kiro Breika. The procedure allows anyone to file a complaint, and the judge immediately signs a freeze for large sums without real evidence. Kiro Breika explains that such cases last for years, during which the affected person cannot access their money. When a citizen tries to sell their property, all funds must pass through a bank. There, enforcement agents, lawyers, and the court seize nearly the entire amount in the form of interest and fabricated fees. Kiro Breika claims that parliament adopted this lobby-driven law solely in the interest of international banks to facilitate the easy seizure of homes and land.
Organized Criminal Group Between Lawyers and Judges
Kiro Breika accuses parts of the judiciary and the legal profession of forming an organized criminal group (организирана престъпна група – ОПГ). The bar association functions as an institution that protects only its own members and collects high fees from victims. Kiro Breika reveals that the association charges 40 euros just to review a complaint against a specific lawyer. He claims that many lawyers enter into secret agreements with the opposing party to betray their own clients. Afterwards, these representatives split the money from lost cases among themselves. Kiro Breika calls these people a “pack” that flaunts luxury cars and properties on the backs of the robbed population.
Political Protection and Media Mockery
According to Kiro Breika, institutional repression enjoys full support from political figures of GERB (ГЕРБ) and DPS (ДПС). He mentions that politicians such as Radostin Vasilev and lawyers like Rastashki mock ordinary people. These individuals call protest participants “lumpens” and “mentally ill from Karlukovo.” Kiro Breika points out that he personally paid 15,000 dollars for eight seizures, yet the arrogance of the system continues. He calls on citizens to fight for their freedom, because the ordinary person in Bulgaria currently has zero rights. Kiro Breika insists on a complete overhaul of the system to stop the financial oppression of the Bulgarian people.
