Large-scale media campaign and losses for investors
Recently, false claims have been deliberately spread in the public sphere alleging that "Historical Park" is a financial pyramid scheme. According to Mihaylov, this aggressive campaign led to the arrest of seven people and caused direct financial losses exceeding BGN 150 million for the thousands of investors in the project. He identifies the newspaper "Capital," as well as the national television channels bTV, Nova, and BNT, as the main initiators of the campaign.
The media has promoted allegations of a BGN 70 million fraud, with television hosts such as Maria Tsantsarova and Tsvetanka Rizova actively participating in the attacks. Content creators such as Lyubo Zhechev and Tsanov, along with political figures who continually question whether investors' money will be returned, have also joined the campaign. In order to refute these claims beyond any doubt, the entrepreneur decided to undergo another polygraph test.
Results of the lie detector examination
The polygraph examination was conducted on July 14, 2026, and included specific questions regarding the entrepreneur's personal finances and political activities. The results showed absolutely no signs of deception in any of his answers. Through the test, Mihaylov demonstrated that he possesses no undisclosed or hidden assets.

The specialists' conclusion confirms that he has not misappropriated a single cent from his activities related to the tourist attraction. The second major claim confirmed as true by the polygraph is that he has received no financial benefit whatsoever from his political career. The businessman states that he donated 100 percent of his parliamentary salary in order to fulfill the promises made to citizens.
Political connections and criminal schemes
Mihaylov describes the continuous attacks against himself and the tourist complex as a coordinated media and political campaign. He identifies the newspaper "Capital" as a key participant in what he describes as an organized criminal group, accusing it of directly supporting the "Baba Alino" real estate scheme. According to the investor, these same circles seek the official closure of the cultural site while the state and law enforcement authorities remain completely inactive.
The entrepreneur claims that there are deep political dependencies within the system, which continues to operate in the same manner despite frequent changes in government. He cites previous polygraph testimony according to which the MECh party and its leader Radostin Vasilev are entirely dependent on Delyan Peevski. At the same time, he claims that Kostadin Kostadinov's political party operates in direct coordination with GERB.
Challenge to politicians and journalists
After publicly announcing his results, the creator of the park issued a direct challenge to representatives of the established political parties. He called on Kostadin Kostadinov to also answer before a lie detector whether he has received money for his political activities. According to Mihaylov, if politicians are convinced of their integrity, they should have no fear of such a public examination.
A similar challenge was directed at Lyubo Zhechev, whom Mihaylov called on to publicly answer whether he uses drugs and to disclose the exact nature of his communications with the circle around Ivo Prokopiev. Mihaylov firmly claims that members of the elite operate through secret agreements to undermine the population while simultaneously receiving external funding.
Fight for justice and an appeal to society
The investor shares his disappointment that despite creating an extraordinary attraction and contributing to the revival of an entire municipality, he and his family have received nothing but insults. He says the ongoing psychological harassment even affects his children, while society passively accepts the narratives promoted by the media. According to him, the current government has taken absolutely no action to restore justice in the country.
At the end of his statement, Mihaylov called on citizens to actively share the video and the results of the polygraph test online. He warned people with a sense of self-preservation that destroying honest entrepreneurs today will have serious consequences tomorrow. If justice is ultimately broken, he argues, the abuses committed by those in power will inevitably affect the lives of every ordinary person.
