The Incredible Theater of Boyko Borissov
Ivelin Mihaylov analyzes a recent statement by Boyko Borissov, describing it as "incredible theater". According to the analysis, Borissov is a "worthy actor" who manages to "entertain people". Borissov's show is better, longer, and more successful compared to that of Slavi Trifonov.
Borissov as a Worthy Actor
During his statement, Borissov was cheerful and in good spirits. This is interpreted as a sign that he is not afraid, because when he is nervous, he "blinks, cannot organize his thoughts". Yesterday, however, his thoughts "flowed like from a bucket". Borissov insists on being seen "at all costs", including in front of diplomats. He wants this recognition, similar to a criminal returning to the scene of the crime or boasting. Borissov wants to become Prime Minister.
The Players in the Political Circus
The analysis claims that multiple political figures, including Delyan Peevski, Kiril Petkov, Slavi Trifonov, Kostadinov, and others, "are just playing in the circus". Borissov knew when to step out and "put on a show".
The Thesis of the "Mafia Party" and Its Structure
Borissov's statement confirms the thesis of a "mafia party". This is a system in which party members are either "great leftists" or "100% subservient to one system".
Boyko as Leader
Boyko Borissov is described as the leader of this "mafia party." He has governed the country for at least the last 16 years. Borissov and Peevski "play together 100%", but Borissov is the one who leads Peevski. Peevski plays the role of the "bad guy" following the "boiled frog" procedure, but he lacks intellect and "cannot say three words coherently". Bulgaria is described as a "100% mafia state".
Composition and Subordination
The mafia party includes GERB, DPS, Vazrazhdane, ITN, and BSP. The two most toxic parties are GERB and DPS.
Various mafia groups in Bulgaria are part of the governance of GERB and DPS.
Subordination and Demonstration of Control
Borissov uses his statement to demonstrate full control and to subordinate the other political entities.
The Humiliation of Natalia Kiseleva
Speaker of the National Assembly Natalia Kiseleva was "used" and "crushed". She was humiliated before the entire nation, with control demonstrated by asking her where she goes without his knowledge. Borissov does not control her 100%, but ensures "everyone knows it is him". Kiseleva "sold herself" for power and benefits.
The reshuffling of ministers does not aim to improve anything but to replace lobbies in power and take from the web of BSP and ITN.
Complete Subordination of ITN and BSP
After Borissov's humiliation, the ITN and BSP parties are now "owned by the mafia party" and "have no voice". They are "finished". They are now "100% performers", will sign everything, take the blame, and may not even receive money.
Diverting Attention from Crime and Financial Losses
According to the analysis, Borissov's show is a mechanism to divert attention from critical problems.
Theft and Financial Damage
Borissov took over the media space so that there would be no talk about "100% bought elections" and "caught criminals".
The money intended for doctors did not go to "Botash" (which is "a tool that does not work" and causes losses) but went to "GERB's vote buyers". These vote buyers "destroy Bulgaria" through gambling, payday loan companies, and rackets. People go to Turkey for treatment because in Bulgaria "there are no doctors left".
Fines and Losses for Bulgaria
Due to delayed information to the US regarding "Magnitsky" and "RICO," Bulgaria owes over 1 billion in fines. Additionally, only the uncollected fines from waste amount to 2–3 billion, and stolen money from guardrails totals 1 billion.
