The Success of "Historical Park" and the Struggle Against Political-Media Propaganda

Обновена на 18.07.2026 - 23:14 от admin

Journalist Kristian Koev and entrepreneur Ivelin Mihailov discuss the large-scale development of the cultural and historical complex and reveal striking examples of media manipulation and institutional double standards in the country.

Opposition to Media Manipulation and the Success of the Park

Kristian Koev shares his extremely positive impressions from the celebration of the seventh anniversary of "Historical Park". The journalist openly admits that he was initially misled by the massive media propaganda portraying the site as a fake attraction. During his personal visit, he discovered a huge and expensive facility, built with great care and a pursuit of authenticity. Koev emphasizes the high culture, goodwill, and cleanliness among the thousands of visitors at the celebration, comparing the atmosphere to that of developed Western countries.

According to the host, the state should use this created resource for the development of education and attracting foreign tourists. Schools could organize specialized camps to demonstrate how Bulgarian ancestors lived throughout all historical eras. Ivelin Mihailov adds that foreign guests from around the world express enormous admiration. He gives examples of visitors from Serbia and Russia, who categorically recognize the complex as a world-class achievement and an absolute center of the Balkans.

Despite international recognition, the project is subjected to constant attacks within the country. The media intentionally creates a negative image of the complex so that state institutions can justify their repression against its creators. The people behind the project are despised and humiliated, while massive propaganda even prevents parents from bringing their children to be inspired by their native history.

Double Standards of Law Enforcement Authorities

Mihailov reveals striking examples of double standards in the work of the police, prosecution, and courts. The entrepreneur points out the absurd case of vlogger Stoyan Kolev, who was spectacularly arrested for waving an airsoft toy rifle on social media. The young man was handcuffed by six people and detained for 72 plus 72 hours, while the incident was covered as breaking news by all national television channels. At the same time, media outlets such as bTV freely broadcast programs that corrupt young people and openly advertise schemes for robbery.

The vlogger grew up on the streets but managed to overcome his vices by working for five years in the Netherlands and creating a legal transportation business. Upon returning to Bulgaria, he was crushed by the system simply because he tried to create an online show.

At the same time, proven criminals who genuinely endanger people's lives receive institutional protection. As a striking contrast, the behavior of reporter Simon Milkov is highlighted, as he faces no consequences for his aggressive actions.

  • Blocking the strategic national road Ruse–Varna for two weeks.
  • Making public threats of murder and rape against small children.
  • Causing serious accidents while under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
  • Freely entering the building of the National Assembly despite being nationally wanted.
Perpetrator and Action Institutional and Media Reaction
Vlogger with a stage prop toy Spectacular arrest, prolonged detention, and national media coverage
Syrian citizen who appropriated an atomic bunker Lack of investigation and receiving 212 government contracts worth 37 million
Fraud worth 700,000 BGN exposed by Kiro Breyka Complete media silence and lack of reaction from the prosecution

The speaker shares that he has submitted dozens of reports regarding criminal acts, but the media and authorities categorically refuse to cover them. He accuses the system of forcing ordinary people to take justice into their own hands through its inaction.

Behind-the-Scenes Influence, Oligarchy, and the Takeover of the State

Ivelin Mihailov identifies businessman Ivo Prokopiev as a central figure in the capture of the state apparatus. The entrepreneur compares Prokopiev to the character Merovingian from the film "The Matrix", as he acts as an old and behind-the-scenes information trafficker. According to the speaker, this person controls key sectors through extensive foreign financing and strong influence over parties such as PP–DB.

Prokopiev systematically takes control of the media empire, energy sector, pension funds, and a large part of the judiciary. Boyko Borisov, Delyan Peevski, and Ivo Prokopiev function as three separate departments of one large corporation. Borisov controls infrastructure and traffic, Peevski extracts resources from large enterprises such as CCB, and Prokopiev operates quietly in the financial sector. Mihailov claims that the massive attacks against "Historical Park" began precisely at Prokopiev's initiative because of unrealized wind turbine projects in the region.

The entrepreneur accuses this network of deliberately turning Bulgaria into a dump and covering up grand corruption schemes. As an example, the illegal construction complex "Baba Alino" near Varna is mentioned, which certain media outlets actively promote. A similar situation exists in the capital, where a huge unregulated landfill covering 100 decares operates without consequences between the Gorublyane and Mladost neighborhoods.

Lack of Institutional Support and a Call to Society

Mihailov warns that a targeted coup against President Rumen Radev is being prepared and will be carried out in the autumn. The head of state is surrounded by infiltrated people who are loyal to Borisov and Peevski and are ready to betray him through the so-called "Plan B". The speaker gives the example of Mao Zedong's historical mistake, whose generals lied to him about the real situation, leading to the deaths of millions.

The entrepreneur expresses willingness to assist the presidential institution free of charge with real information from the field. The organization around the park has been hardened through battles for 23 years and operates flawlessly like a Swiss watch. Mihailov emphasizes that his supporters do not seek political positions or financial benefits, but only the restoration of justice. He cannot understand why Radev does not use this built national capacity, which functions like a nuclear reactor for generating benefits.

The journalist and entrepreneur make a strong emotional appeal to Bulgarian society as a whole. They encourage people to think critically, not blindly trust television propaganda, and personally visit locations in order to form a real assessment. The conversation ends with a call for Bulgarians to wake up, demand their state back, and begin living in a normal human way.
