Coordinated State Pressure Against Pavel Stoimenov and the Destruction of Independent Business

Обновена на 18.07.2026 - 23:10 от admin

The state apparatus is applying unprecedented repression against farmer Pavel Stoimenov through simultaneous inspections by multiple institutions during the harvest season, which has triggered sharp criticism of President Rumen Radev's policies.

Massive Institutional Inspections and Destroyed Harvest

The harassment of independent agricultural business reaches a critical point with the deployment of ten police patrols and representatives of all regulatory institutions to Pavel Stoimenov's farm. This coordinated attack is carried out based on anonymous reports precisely during the busiest working period – the harvest campaign. The institutions have coordinated their actions in advance at a special meeting with the new regional governor appointed by Rumen Radev. Alongside the administrative pressure, the state deliberately blocks access to irrigation water at the farm. The lack of water leads to the complete drying out and destruction of approximately 2,000 decares of onion crops. The cynicism of state authorities is demonstrated by the fact that they sanction the farmer for failing to meet requirements, even though they themselves prevented irrigation.

Double Standards and Political Dependencies of Local Authorities

Local authorities actively blackmail businesses in order to divert funds from infrastructure projects without obstruction. Local mayors widely develop their own agricultural and construction companies, creating a serious conflict of interest and leading to the elimination of independent competition. The authorities apply drastic double standards when carrying out state control.

  • Independent entrepreneurs: Sites such as Pavel Stoimenov's farm, the “Bai Riban” farm, and “Historical Park” are subjected to daily institutional harassment and inspections by the National Revenue Agency.
  • Privileged enterprises: Sites with enormous environmental impact, such as the “Brikel” Thermal Power Plant, remain completely untouched by inspections and sanctions, despite severely polluting nature.

The new administration of Rumen Radev and “Progressive Bulgaria” not only fails to stop these corrupt practices but deepens them during its first 100 days in power. The administration is used as a tool of repression against people trying to develop a real economy and production in the country.

Deliberate Depersonalization of the Economy and Healthcare

The destruction of key sectors such as agriculture is viewed as part of a global plan for the economic and physical depersonalization of the population. The Bulgarian Black Sea coast is deliberately being ruined by depriving it of traditional tourists and tolerating provocative actions by Ukrainian refugees. The most fertile land in Dobrudja is being excavated for the mass installation of wind turbines and solar parks, which directly threatens food security.

Healthcare is also subject to deliberate liquidation. The introduction of specialized programs presented as artificial intelligence aims to control and bankrupt state hospitals by directing resources entirely toward private medical facilities. In this way, access to medical care becomes impossible for poorer segments of the population, who are left to die without adequate treatment. In the future, diagnostics and treatment are planned to be entrusted entirely to artificial intelligence and mandatory medical procedures.

Geopolitical Risks, Digital Control and Public Apathy

Bulgaria is progressively becoming a logistical territory for foreign military interests and future operations against Russia, with Vrazhdebna Air Base becoming a key NATO facility. The introduction of mass surveillance systems at every intersection in Sofia and the imposition of digital money are not aimed at stopping high-level corruption, but at establishing total repressive control over ordinary citizens.

Despite the real threats to the future of their children, Bulgarian society remains completely apathetic and resigned. This lack of resistance is attributed to the long-term systematic suppression of the Bulgarian spirit through contaminated food, fluoridated water, and heavy metals, which allegedly cause mass zombification of the population. Society not only refuses to fight but often attacks and hates the few remaining awake creators instead of the true perpetrators responsible for the destruction of the state.
