Yesterday, Bulgarians figured out that there is corruption in Bulgaria. The reason was that some road chargers (daijii) stopped trucks carrying equipment for Robbie Williams, which immediately became an international scandal. They took some money. However, we see this circulating on social media for only one reason: because a foreigner, Robbie Williams, is involved. When corruption happens to Bulgarians, we say, "They deserve it!". But this is what is killing Bulgaria. No one shows understanding for what happens to Bulgarians because we look at it happening to someone we dislike, or we think: "Why should he have more than me?". Now I will tell you about the real corruption happening in Bulgaria, so you can see how many millions we lose daily from what we see, and what we don't know is much more.
The Destruction of the Profitable Business and the Involvement of Deep Corruption
Years ago, I had a business that was bringing in between 3 and 5 million per month, circulating in one municipality. If this business had continued, the municipality would have received only 2 million this year from real estate deals and taxes. Separately, we cleaned the riverbeds twice a year for free and performed many other social activities. We injected money into the municipality, created jobs, and did many other things beneficial for the whole country. We maintained schools, kindergartens, churches, and mosques. We paved roads at our own expense, and built bridges and parks.
The Varna mafiosi, together with Borissov and Peevski, decided this business should be destroyed because of some wind generators belonging to Ivo Prokopiev. It is important to know that the sponsor of "Boets" ("Боец") and the sponsor of "Da, Bulgaria" ("Да, България") – Ivo Prokopiev (Иво Прокопиев) – are involved in the corruption. Corruption is very deep; it’s not just Borissov and Peevski. We were destroyed completely and in every way: by media, NAP (Tax Agency), DANS (Security Agency), economic police, and mafiosi. The law did not apply to us at all.
The Humiliating Offer and the Price of the Free Man
At one point, when we were in a very bad financial situation, one of those who destroyed our business came to me. This is a man involved in vote buying, drug trafficking, and various other things—a primary hired hitter for Borissov and Peevski in the Varna region.
He had taken a contract from Vetrino Municipality to clean the riverbeds. Previously, we cleaned them for free twice a year. Vetrino Municipality has six "Velichie" municipal councilors—the most—and we never allowed ourselves to take any municipal, state, or European public order. This person, a vote buyer for GERB, naturally got the contract.
He offers me (most brazenly!) to be a subcontractor. He suggests that I should be the one to do the work in our municipality, where we manage, and he would pay me money, just enough so I don't die, while he keeps the difference from the people's money. Those funds could have gone for something else because we always cleaned the riverbeds for free, did afforestation, and many other things.
This person is not a specialist. In what capacity does he take the order to clean the riverbeds? This is like a reward for the work he has done. He proposes, in a way, that I should be bought because they think that when we run out of money, they can throw us scraps. I will not become a lackey for the mafiosi. I am not in politics for money, but for justice and good conditions for the country. If I were in it for money, I would find a way for which companies to take public tenders so the money would come to me. The humiliating proposal is quite clumsy (levashko).
Corruption Is Eating the State from Within
The situation everywhere in Bulgaria is devastating. The reason is that orders are taken by non-specialists, but by intermediate links, who then give them to others who also don't understand anything.
From this situation, Vetrino Municipality alone loses a minimum of 100 million annually. This is just one municipality—think about how many municipalities there are in Bulgaria! Entire regions, such as Pleven, Tarnovo, Sofia, Plovdiv, and Burgas, will run out of water because of people like these. They cannot do the job; they are not specialists, but bribe-takers (rushvetchii) who pass it on to one, two, three, four people. This is the scourge of our country.
Most people don't want to see capable entrepreneurs; they don't want to admit that there are people who work and deserve success. They say: "Better for those wretched people to remain; at least we know them; they are just like us.". And this is destroying the state and eating it from within. We talk about two or five trucks stopped, while we show billions in corruption daily, but it's ignored on social media unless Robbie Williams is involved.
Address to the Mafiosi
I can tell the mafiosi one thing: give as much fight as you can, because your time is ending soon. Everything you have done will return to you multiplied by 100. There is no escape from this situation.
Your only escape is to come out and confess your crimes. Then you might receive forgiveness.
First, return the land. Confess about Historical Park and everything you did. Stop distributing drugs. Stop lying to people, stealing land, harassing them, and conducting all kinds of scams. Stop buying votes and supporting the mafia in Bulgaria.
Then we can sit down and talk about whether I can somehow forgive you. Otherwise, do not make the effort to look for me, especially with some humiliating proposals. Go take a picture with the wax figure of Donald Trump in the retro museum in Varna and send it to your master Boyko Borissov, Delyan Peevski, and Rossen Zhelyazkov. Send it to them and say: "Look, we took a picture with Uncle Donald." This will make them happy and will elevate you in their eyes.
