Leading national media outlets and journalists are spreading completely false information that the cultural-historical project is ceasing its operations. Ivelin Mihaylov explains that a publication of his on social networks was deliberately manipulated and taken out of context. The entrepreneur clarifies that he is simply ceasing his personal efforts in organizing events, as he does not find the necessary public appreciation.

He emphasizes the absurdity of the claims regarding a sole closure, given that he is not the CEO and owns barely 2% of the company's shares. The management of the site is carried out normally by a board of directors and shareholders who continue to develop the project. The creator of the park describes such attacks as a targeted attempt to deliberately crash the company.

The entrepreneur rejects accusations by publications such as "Capital" newspaper and the "BIRD" website regarding the draining of funds and accumulated massive asset freezes. He cites official data according to which the company's liabilities have actually decreased from 160,000 to 100,000 euros over the past year.

Mihaylov categorically denies the creation of a financial pyramid scheme and clarifies that no new shares have been traded since 2020.
