Обновена на 19.02.2026 - 22:40 от admin

On February 17, 2026, Biser Sivkov and Nikolay Kutsarov were released. They had spent three months in detention. Representatives of the “Velichie” party described their detention as unlawful. Supporters waited for them eagerly in front of the building. The event brought satisfaction to those present, who viewed it as a victory for justice.

Civic Mobilization and Donations

The freedom of the two men became possible thanks to the rapid response of supporters. People mobilized and collected the necessary funds for bail within the same day. Biser Sivkov personally expressed gratitude for the support. He also expressed hope that in the future it would not be necessary to raise money for such purposes.

Reactions and Next Steps

Biser Sivkov shared that the situation still felt confusing to him, but he hoped things would develop according to plan. He traveled directly to Varna to return to his family that same evening. Nikolay Kutsarov was in good spirits but declined to make statements on camera. Three other individuals remain in detention. They have been separated from their families for a third month. Further developments in their cases are expected soon.
