Repression Against Innocent Citizens
“Thank you for gathering here in the name of justice. Many wonder why the accused speak about justice. Let the competent authorities examine every case, but they must do this according to due process – publicly and transparently. At the moment, state institutions operate behind the scenes, while the CPCAC (КПКОНПИ), the State Agency for National Security – DANS (ДАНС), and the national television networks manipulate information and shape public opinion, damaging innocent people.
A bookkeeper with severe diabetes is being held in custody; he developed the condition after previous inspections by these same authorities. His job is merely to submit documents to the NRA (НАП), and if he has made a mistake, the court should judge him — but he must await his sentence in freedom or in a hospital. A surgeon confirmed that his condition is life-threatening, yet for three days they have not changed his bandages and have denied him insulin and test strips for measuring blood sugar. The authorities are literally “boiling” his body from the inside while his children and wife suffer. This man lives in a 60-square-meter apartment which he has been paying off for seven years, and during the search of his home they found only 160 leva. He owns no offshore companies, does not gamble, and does not go on vacations.
Double Standards in Justice
At the same time, the CPCAC (КПКОНПИ), the prosecutors, and the judges know the truth but carry out orders. I received a message that “the door is open” for deals, but I do not seek protection — I seek legality for everyone. We are a European state only in words. If we want a truly European future, it can exist only in a rule-of-law state, not in one governed by subjectivism.
Let experts such as the economist Grigor Sariyski (Григор Сарийски) come to the village of Neofit Rilski (село Неофит Рилски) and make a real evaluation of the assets to verify the lies shown on television. Why is the opposition silent at this moment? We have not inherited this land from our ancestors; we have borrowed it from our children. Young people have every right to protest, and we, the older ones, bear 100% of the blame for this situation because we tolerated it for far too long. I myself believed for many years that if I was not a bandit and did useful things, no one would touch me — but I was wrong.
The Mechanism of State Extortion
In the municipality of Vetreno (община Ветрено), which is thriving without state funds, the chief architect received an accusation of embezzlement, even though the media lied about the facts. The system works simply: if someone in power likes your business, your house, or even your family, they activate the state apparatus against you. Police officers know how the scheme works — they carry out orders to keep certain people in custody, while the real criminals can pay and walk free.
The repression is massive. A review of 10,000 individuals is currently underway. This indirectly affects over 100,000 people if we count their relatives. The state apparatus, whose salaries we pay, works solely to crush us. I want to ask where the investigation is into the head of the CPCAC (КПКОНПИ), whose wife received 20 million leva in state contracts. American agencies, through the “Magnitsky” Act (“Магнитски”), proved the crimes of Delyan Peevski (Делян Пеевски) and Vladislav Goranov (Владислав Горанов), yet they continue to govern and draft the state budget.
Economic Collapse and Banking Abuses
Young people should not believe in this fabricated budget. The problem is not only the euro, but the deliberate destruction of Bulgarian business. When the state and monopolies kill private initiative and competition, they raise prices without restraint. We pay 6 leva for water even though the resource is ours, while in desert countries like Dubai it is cheaper.
Banks and fast-loan companies are the real pyramids in this country. There are millions of complaints against fast loans, yet the GDBOP (ГДБОП) does not investigate them. The Development Bank (Банката за развитие) handed out 75 million leva to debt-collection firms instead of supporting small business. Recall the fraud involving loans in Swiss francs, where people's installments doubled. Not a single banker went to prison for this because the contracts protect them, and the state is an accomplice.
Media Propaganda and Lies
The media push the narrative that the “Historical Park” (“Исторически парк”) is a pyramid scheme, but out of 1,000 investors only three claim they were misled. Meanwhile, the state blocks our work with mass audits and arrests to bankrupt us artificially. During the searches, they found no money — not in the accountant’s home, nor in the lawyer’s. Only at Plamen Kunchev (Пламен Кънчев) did they find 10,000 leva, which is a laughable sum for a programmer who was already receiving a high salary abroad as early as 2008.
Television channels remain silent about the real crimes. We submitted documents about the theft of 450 million leva from a state campsite in the municipality of Avren (община Аврен), but not a single journalist went to report on the case. Instead, they send gendarmerie to surround the homes of mothers with sick children, while in the city of Provadia (град Провадия) criminals and drug dealers run rampant under police protection.
The Fight for Freedom
Boyko Borissov (Бойко Борисов) is the head of the mafia, and Delyan Peevski (Делян Пеевски) is his enforcer. These people are not invincible — they do not have the power of the totalitarian regime and can fall if the people unite. Police officers are also human, and 80% of them would side with the people if they see things beginning to change.
We must demand personal accountability from every official who carries out criminal orders. It is time to stop being afraid. If the law does not work, we will defend ourselves by all means, because they have turned Bulgaria into a place more frightening than the times of the Inquisition. The battle is for our survival and for the future of our children. Let us demand accountability from those who rule us and remove them from power.”
